Name and Status:

The name of the league shall be: Downtown Soccer Toronto (DST, hereafter ‘the League’).The League is incorporated as Downtown Soccer Toronto, bearing the Ontario Corporation Number 001611254.The League is a not-for-profit amateur sporting organization.
