Dissolution

The Executive can recommend to the membership that the League be dissolved.Dissolution of the League by the membership must be achieved through a majority vote (50% of the entire membership plus one vote), followed by Executive assent. Executive assent in this case will be achieved through an Executive vote held by closed ballot and carried by a two-thirds majority (66% of the entire Executive).In the event of dissolution of the League, the Executive shall oversee the distribution of all assets.No member or sponsor of the League shall profit from the dissolution of the League.
