Amendments

This Constitution may only be amended, repealed, altered, suspended or ratified at an open membership meeting, provided that:A minimum of 20% of members in good standing are present at the meeting; A vote is held, and;The vote reaches a two-thirds majority. A member in good standing may propose an amendment to the Constitution. Adopted amendments are effective immediately unless otherwise stated in the amendment. Any such changes to the Constitution shall be published to the League’s web site within thirty (30) days of ratification.
